Current stage
FOG is an infrastructure program under development, not a mass-market appliance promise. The next responsible step is a controlled developer kit and small-office pilot that validates hardware configuration, remote-workspace performance, installation, support, security, and upgrade economics.
Why pilot first: Hardware becomes a product only when the operating model around it—deployment, monitoring, recovery, access policy, support, and lifecycle—is repeatable.
